Ellicor Gift Shop

Unorganized and messy compared to other cute gift/merch stores I've seen in Dallas/Carrollton. The store is jam-packed with lots of items, but some sections are in dire need of being cleaned up. Especially the section in the back where there are clothing items and the section with hair accessories. It's also a tad bit overpriced.. if everything were a couple dollars cheaper, it would be more justifiable to purchase.

store was messy and cramped and too many merchandise that just gets stocked up. Also the lady at the cashier was rude, they were talking to this customer so rudely "I said press 1, it's really not that hard to understand." This store needs to find better management and employees because they shove baskets as soon as you walk in and just looks like they let out their anger to customers who are giving them sales to get their paychecks. Products are overpriced too.

First time visiting this gift shop with my bf and everything was to die for! A little overwhelming because there are so many cute things to choose from, but Rayven was amazing and went above and beyond to help us ❤️ We lost track of time and literally spent a whole hour in the store and I don't think we even got to look at everything it had to offer. Will definitely be coming back, thank you Rayven for making the whole experience worthwhile!

Your local Sanrio Store! Super cool and endless collection of Sanrio things! I was amazed like a little child lol! I left happy with my haul!! Great customer service too! Although, I was a little disheartened when I was told how much the cashier got paid (she was the only one running the whole place and doing a good job at it too) and by the fact that she doesn’t keep her tips from credit cards. After working in many service industry jobs, I’ve had my fair share of corrupt or rude management , so it’s sad to still see that as something that’s regular. Based off of the stress of the cashier and her fear of doing something wrong (inevitably causing worse service in a way if you saw it like that), I could tell the management/owner probably isn’t a very pleasant person to work with. Stop by for your Sanrio needs but be sure to show kindness to the cashier :)!! Also, friendly reminder, if you want to tip someone in the service industry do it in cash (they keep 100% of it). I do not know anyone who works here or owns this place personally. I’m just going off my observations from the first time I stopped by.
